Seraphinite Pendant Necklace

This Seraphinite stone is a rich green, with an amazing silver feathery shard-like pattern inside.  The bail also has some very nice decorative detail.  The pendant comes with an 18” wax cord necklace, extendable to 20”. Seraphinite was discovered by a Russian mineralogist in the late 1800’s near Lake Baikal in Siberia, the oldest existing freshwater lake on Earth - estimated to be 20-25 million years old. Eastern Siberia is still the only source of this relatively rare mineral. Seraphinite’s rich green color is woven with glistening mica, which creates this stone’s gorgeous feather-like patterns and chatoyancy (reflective cat’s eye effect).  Metaphysical Properties:  Seraphinite’s deep green color energy is energizing and refreshing. Like all green stones, they embody growth, renewal, rebirth, and regeneration.
