SENATOR CHRONOMETER

SENATOR COLLECTION The new Senator Chronometer demonstrates its incomparable sense of tact in a combination of silver-grey and blue that emulates the effervescent spray of the high seas. It has a 42 mm case in white gold with perfectly satin-finished and polished surfaces. The sapphire crystal case back allows the finely finished manufactory movement to be admired in all its glory. A dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap with a white gold folding clasp harmoniously rounds off the appearance of this noble timepiece. This new variant adds a fresh facet to the Senator collection: in cool silver-grey and deep blue, it combines traditional finishing methods with modern technologies and contemporary design. The dial and parts of the manual winding calibre are silver-plated by friction. In this elaborate process, fine silver powder, salt and water are applied by hand, giving the surface a fine, shimmering structure. These elements are then galvanised in grey. Polished and blued hands and appliques complete the design.   FUNCTIONS Hour and minute Small second Panorama Date Running time display Day/night display   CASE Case material: White gold Waterproof: 5 Bar Case Diameter: 42.00 mm Case height: 11.40 mm Features: Official chronometer certificate    DIAL Silver-plated by friction Galvanized grey Surface fine matt Railroad chapter ring Print of scales and letterings in blue Applied roman numeral indices made of gold (750), blue coated White Panorama Date on blue background   CALIBER 58-08 Movement: Glashütte Original manufactory movement Movement type: Manual movement Power reserve: 44 h 40 min Frequency: 28.800 vph, equivalent to 4 Hz Remarks: Movement grey galvanized Glashütte three-quarter plate silver-plated by friction, grey galvanized Balance cock engraved by hand Swan-neck fine adjustment Planetary gear Double sunburst pattern on ratchet wheel Ground plate with perlage finish Bevelled/polished edges Polished steel parts Screw mounted white gold chatons Blued screws   STRAP Material: Louisiana Alligator leather strap  Colour: Blue End link width: 21 mm Dimensions: 75 x 115 mm    REF: 1-58-08-01-04-61
