Semuliki Forest, Uganda 75% Dark Chocolate

This bold and robust 75% dark chocolate bar made of organic cacao grown in the lush Semuliki Forest of western Uganda delivers a deeply satisfying taste of high cocoa content dark chocolate. Buried in this bar's natural flavor profile are hints of complexity that won't overshadow the prominent presence of dark chocolate--see if you detect notes that remind you of baking spices like cardamom or cinnamon, or a touch of orange-like citrus. While those flavors aren't added to the chocolate itself, the answer to their presence may lay in the biodiverse rainforest that produces the cacao we source for this bar. Planting fruit trees and aromatics like vanilla orchids amongst their cacao trees, expert family farmers work to ensure that the forest stays healthy and abundant, with delicious outcomes for the chocolate we are able to produce from their farming. Flavor Notes Sweet spices like cinnamon, cardamom and brown sugar seem to peek through a deeply chocolatey body.  With low acidity, this is a surprisingly sweet 75%.
