Semolina Specialty Pasta Sampler

Ridges, Ruffles, and Radiance—Discover the Art of Pasta Create flavorful family dinners with this semolina pasta sampler pack from Sfoglini. Featuring four specialty pasta shapes made with organic semolina flour, this set brings the traditions of Italian cooking to your dinner table. Semolina flour has been a staple in classic Italian pasta for centuries, and its coarser texture helps pasta hold its shape well for the perfect al dente bite. The Semolina Specialty Pasta Sampler includes the following: Quattrotini by Sporkful (1 box): This Sicilian pasta shape is traditionally served during the carnival period. Our version features ridges on the four bucatini-style tubes to help grab onto sauce. Semolina Trumpets (1 box): Originally called Campanelle, which means “little bell” in Italian, the ruffled edges and hollow center of Trumpets continue to delight pasta enthusiasts and home cooks alike. Semolina Reginetti (1 box): The ribbon shape is accented by ruffled, wavy edges, a combination that effortlessly hugs sauces to capture more flavor in every bite.  Semolina Radiators (1 box): Inspired by the structure of radiators that were commonly found in many Italian homes, Radiatore features ridges and deep grooves that provide ample surface area for thick, chunky sauces to cling to. 4 recipes by Sfoglini chefs Use the included recipes to find culinary inspiration for each of the specialty pastas in your sampler pack.
