Self Shield Meditation with White Star Woman

Emotions and people in your life, in your history, in your daily life, actually have a place that they live inside of various places in your body, and they sometimes create great happiness and sometimes they create great tension and pain. To go into the process of the Teaching of the Shields, one of the first things that the Sisterhood always has us do is to find those places in your body where negativity lives and release it. To develop your work before you can go on to build your shields, to do the work that we have to do, it is important to go through a process of letting go. That letting go is essential to bringing yourself into a balanced position within your own emotions, within your own psyche, and within your own being.    From Joshua Tree 2011 The Great Sky Shields: End of Illusion
