Self-Esteem Review

Having positive self-esteem is important for a healthy mindset and well-being. It requires regular reflection, especially for growing children and teens as they go through new experiences and develop their sense of self. Regular self-reflection can also help them recognize their strengths and understand areas where they can improve. The Self-Esteem Review worksheet is a tool for clients to regularly evaluate their self-esteem. It asks relevant questions and requires the client to rate their current level of self-esteem. Moreover, they are encouraged to think about their recent accomplishments, challenges, and areas for growth. Completing this worksheet can help kids and teens improve self-awareness, which makes it easier to adjust and improve over time. For instance, a teen might notice their self-esteem tends to decline during stressful periods, and with this awareness they can then apply coping techniques. Adults can further use this review process to recognize patterns in their self-esteem and provide valuable guidance. Encouraging open discussions about their answers can lead to meaningful conversations about self-worth and personal growth. *This item is an instant digital download.
