Self-Esteem Coping Skills Tracker for Teens

Self-esteem trackers are tools designed to help people keep track of positive habits and coping strategies that support a healthy self-image. Using them can be very helpful when working with teenagers as they are dealing with various emotions and shaping their identity. The Self-Esteem Coping Skills Tracker for Teens allows clients to monitor positive coping strategies they practice daily and pinpoint areas for growth. With this tracker, they can identify things that boost their mood and confidence. As kids and teens complete this activity, they can develop healthier emotional patterns over time. One helpful suggestion is to post the tracker somewhere visible, like on their study table or wall, so they can easily update it each day and stay focused on building positive habits. It comes with 2-pages - one that has a list of coping skills, and a second blank template for users to add their own list of coping skills. Parents and educators can help them establish a simple routine for filling out the tracker if they feel unsure about where to start or what to write. For instance, they can offer suggestions like adding one coping skill each day.  As teens feel more comfortable, they can take more ownership of the process and fill out the worksheet on their own. This worksheet pairs well with our Self-Esteem Coping Skills for Teens handout. *This item is an instant digital download.
