Our goal is to provide tools that others can use to help defend themselves if ever needed.  We understand that not everyone has the ability to train martial arts at a dojo, so we wanted to help fill that void by offering virtual instruction. The techniques in this course are simple yet effective. In this 13 page e-course you'll gain access to 7 exclusive videos on Mrs. Primed Defender's YouTube Channel. One video for each self-defense technique, one video on the importance of using your voice and one video on how to flip the switch if you are ever attacked. As well as step by step pictures and instruction for quick reference.  All techniques taught are for self-defense purposes only.
