Selenite Tumbles

Selenite is a popular crystal amongst energy workers, crystal healers, and those who practice meditation or yoga. It is known for its distinctive, silky, pearlescent quality, which is actually caused by the structure of the crystal itself. The name "Selenite" comes from the Greek moon goddess Selene, which refers to the moon-like glow of this crystal's color. Here are some key properties and reasons why every crystal lover should have Selenite in their collection: Spiritual Activation: Selenite is thought to be one of the most powerful crystals for spiritual activation. It is often associated with the crown chakra and third eye chakra, aiding in spiritual development, intuition, and clear seeing (clairvoyance). Cleansing and Clearing: One of the most notable properties of Selenite is its ability to cleanse and clear other crystals. It's often used to clear the energy of a space or of other stones in a collection. It's also said to dispel negative energy and remove energy blockages. High Vibration: Selenite is known for its high-frequency vibration which can be used for spiritual growth, healing, and protection. Peace and Tranquility: Many believe Selenite can instill deep peace and mental clarity. It's used in meditation or stress-relief practices due to its calming effects. Connection with Higher Realms: Selenite is often used to establish a connection with angelic consciousness and higher guidance. Some users employ it for dream work or spiritual communication. Mental Clarity: Selenite is thought to enhance mental flexibility and decision-making ability, promoting clarity of mind and access to subconscious and intuitive abilities. Physical Healing: While there isn't scientific evidence to support this, some people believe that selenite can align the spinal column and promote flexibility, guard against epileptic seizures, and improve fertility. Beautiful Aesthetic: Besides its metaphysical properties, Selenite has an ethereal beauty, with its luminescent, moon-like glow. Its natural elegance makes it a beautiful addition to any crystal collection.
