How to wear it These earrings are light enough for daily wear and suit both casual and dressed-up looks. Because selenite is a soft stone, handle it gently — avoid letting the moons knock against hard surfaces, brush against hair products, or snag on clothing. Natural variation means the exact glow and shape of your pair may differ slightly from the photo. When you're not wearing them, resting them on a soft-lined tray rather than tossing them in a bag will help keep the edges smooth. Care & cleansing Selenite is water-soluble and will dissolve or become dull if it gets wet, so remove these earrings before showering, swimming, or applying lotion, perfume, or hairspray. Wipe them gently with a dry, soft cloth. To refresh their energy, many people use sound, smoke, or a brief rest under moonlight rather than water.
