SELECT Protein

Whey + Casein Whey is best known for its quick delivery of amino acids to muscle, while casein gives a slower, prolonged delivery. In combination, you get both the rapid absorption of amino acids from whey and the slow delivery from casein.  By taking a combination of both whey and casein protein, you still achieve the same quick muscle protein synthesis spike as 100% whey, and the prolonged muscle protein synthesis as 100% casein. Truly, the best of both worlds. Feed your muscles quick, and continue feeding for a longer period of time.   Protein You'll Crave We take the experience of drinking a Select Protein shake seriously. We carefully develop and release new flavors only when we think they are truly in a league of their own. Every flavor we sell tastes true to its name, so if you like the sound of it, you'll like the way it tastes. Flavoring is both an art and a science, and only those who can use the science to craft a perfect flavor and texture can make you actually crave your protein. If the superior benefit of Select Protein wasn't enough to get you on the #SelectTheBest train, the flavors alone will do the trick. Every flavor is developed to taste great when added to 8oz of cold water. If using any type of milk, go with 10-12oz. If you want a real treat for yourself, after you shake up your Select Protein, stick it back in the fridge for 5 minutes before drinking. The colder the liquid the tastier the drink.
