Not all hats make the cut in traditional manufacturing—but we believe every hat deserves a home! While many contract manufacturers discard second-quality hats, we take a zero-waste approach. These hats may have minor cosmetic flaws, but they’re just as durable, stylish, and American-made as our first-quality products. By choosing second-quality, you’re supporting sustainable fashion, reducing waste, and scoring a great deal on a USA-crafted hat. Perfect for work, play, or everyday wear—because every hat has a story to tell!
