Seashell Ceramic Spoon Rest, Blue Black Beach Decor Handmade Stoneware Pottery for Stovetop, Table, or Counter with Sand Dollar

My wheel-thrown, ocean-themed spoon rest dishes are 100% handmade and are functional ceramic pottery. Perfect for a stove top or tabletop spoon rest, coffee and tea bar, soap dish, wine bottle drip tray, or trinket dish. This spoon rests feature my own sand dollar stamp imprint design. Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 8+ hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 8+ hours). **SHIPPING NOTE** - I will refund shipping overages for multi-item orders, as well as postage overages due to the postage being calculated for the heaviest item. The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight perfect-imperfections, as each piece is 100% made by hand. Caring for your piece: » Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended. In order to prolong the glaze color, sheen, and overall durability, I recommend hand-washing with a mild detergent, like Dawn. Prolonged exposure to harsh detergents could eventually affect the glaze color. » Microwave safe, but take care, as pottery can get hot. » Do not place in oven or on stove top. » Do not pour boiling water, as thermal shock could occur. » The glaze is food safe, lead-free, and non-toxic. » Ceramic pottery should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped. Give as a gift, or bring some original artwork to your own decor with a unique and beautiful pottery piece!
