Seal Row Pad Rack Attachment

Minimize fatigue, so you can finally push your back muscles to their limit! Maintain your form with chest support, minus the bulky bench. This streamlined rack attachment installs and adjusts quickly and easily, unlocking more than just seal rows-use it for flies, hip thrusts, incline curls, or a comfy chair between sets. Say goodbye to notoriously rickety and time-consuming set ups (here's looking at you, seal rows and hip thrusts) and hello to a 30 second setup and exceptional muscle targeting. With 7 adjustable positions, plenty of head room, 2.25" thick pad, and a beefy 500lb capacity, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Select the seal row pad that corresponds with the uprights and hole size of your power rack.
