ScreenPRO 600 CTS Imaging System

Advanced Computer-to-Screen (CTS) with Integrated Exposure The ScreenPro CTS is the cutting-edge solution for the modern screen printing industry. Built for improved workflow and increased production - while at the same time reducing the need for labor. Every shop owner or manager will appreciate the significant advancements the ScreenPro CTS brings to their pre-press processes for optimizing both efficiency and quality. An integrated Exposure System (light bar) is now standard, allowing you to image and expose your screen simultaneously. This reduces the numbers of "touches", or amount of times you need to handle the screens - lowering your production costs while increasing efficiency. Adding the optional Ajax-Developer fully automates screen imaging, exposing, and developing. Since the ScreenPro CTS images your artwork directly onto screen meshes you completely eliminate the need for traditional film positives, reducing material costs and environmental impact. The precision of digital imaging ensures highly accurate and repeatable results, crucial for maintaining consistency and ensuring fast on-press registration for multi-color jobs. One of the standout features of the ScreenPro CTS is its unparalleled resolution and detail. Utilizing advanced inkjet technology, it can achieve resolutions up to 1200 dpi, ensuring that even the most intricate designs are reproduced with exceptional clarity. This high level of detail is particularly beneficial for fine lines and halftones. Speed is another critical factor where ScreenPro CTS excels. The system can image screens in a fraction of the time it takes using traditional methods, boosting productivity and allowing for quicker turnaround times, meeting the demands of fast-paced production environments. The user-friendly interface of the ScreenPro CTS makes it accessible to operators with varying levels of technical expertise. An all-inclusive system includes the ScreenPro CTS printer, ColorPRINT Rip software, Print Production Screen Software (PPS), and Printer Control Software (PCS). Its intuitive software simplifies the process of preparing screens, reducing the learning curve and minimizing errors.  The system's robust construction ensures long-term reliability and low maintenance requirements, making it a cost-effective investment. With the ScreenPro, experience efficiency, cost savings, and elevated print quality, making it the ideal choice for your screen printing needs, large or small.
