SCREENEZE Flatbar makes it easy to build custom screen frames for curved and non-standard openings — arches, half-rounds, and soft radii — without templates or metal bending tools. Bend it in the field to follow true curves down to a 36" minimum radius, then integrate directly with SCREENEZE Flush and Corner Mount systems for a seamless, professional-looking result. A solid aluminum alloy base paired with a UV-resistant PVC vinyl cap gives Flatbar the flexibility to shape on-site while holding up to long-term outdoor exposure with minimal maintenance. The snap-together design works with standard screen fabric and typically includes color-matched screws for a clean installation.
