Screen printing delivers bold, opaque colors with exceptional durability. Unlike digital printing, screen printed inks sit on top of the surface, creating a vibrant, professional look that resists fading and weathering. Screen printing is the preferred method for dealership drive out tags because the ink bonds directly to the poly surface for long-lasting results. Why .030 Poly? The .030 gauge polyethylene is the industry standard for drive out tags. It's thick enough to be rigid and durable, yet lightweight and flexible. It won't crack, rust, or corrode like metal alternatives, and it's completely waterproof — perfect for year-round outdoor use on every vehicle that drives off your lot.
