C1000 Screen Coater Rack Semi Automatic

Vastex C1000 Semi-Automatic Screen Coater HOW IT WORKS: The Semi-Automatic Screen Coater causes the screen to descend at a steady rate using a foot pedal control, allowing a scoop coater to be held more steadily with two hands than possible with one-handed manual methods. The rate at which the screen travels during the downward coating stroke can be adjusted according to emulsion viscosity, screen mesh and emulsion thickness to output as many as 50 screens per hour, each with three coats of emulsion. Semi-Automatic Screen Coater Accommodates screens as small as 10 in. (25 cm) and up to 36 in. (90 cm) in height with virtually no width limitation Spring-loaded clamp securely holds wood, aluminum and retensionable frames up to 11 lbs (5 kg) Digital voltmeter allows setting of a specific coating speed based on the voltage reading for consistent, repeatable results Powerful motor provides smooth motion and handles heavy screens No tools needed to make height or screen length adjustments Space-saving wall-mount with hardware as standard Quick height adjustment Includes scoop coater shelf Foot pedal operation Available in 110- or 240-volt models
