It's not just a drink; it's a mindful practice in a cup. A Vibrant, Authentic Taste of Japan. Experience green tea as it’s meant to be. Our Organic Sencha is sourced from the verdant, sun-drenched tea fields of Kagoshima, Japan, a region renowned for its pristine environment and superior tea cultivation. Within hours of being harvested, the tender leaves are gently steamed—a traditional Japanese method that halts oxidation and locks in the vibrant emerald color, fresh aroma, and potent antioxidants. The result is a cup that is exceptionally smooth, sweet, and full of life. The Scratch Sencha Difference Vibrant & Sweet Flavor: Forget bitterness. I'm a customer for life." Alexa M. ★★★★★ "Truly authentic." "As someone who has traveled to Japan, I can say this is the real deal. The color is a beautiful, vibrant green, and the flavor is perfect, not bitter at all. You can taste the quality. It’s my go-to for an afternoon moment of peace." Jenna P. ★★★★★ "The best Sencha I've had outside of Kyoto." "I'm very particular about my green tea. Most of what you find online is dull and stale. This is different. It's bright, fresh, and has that wonderful umami character of a high-quality Sencha. Highly recommend." Davina L., Tea Enthusiast How to Brew the Perfect Cup (Never Bitter) The secret to great green tea is the right temperature and time. Heat Water: Heat fresh, filtered water to 160-175°F (70-80°C). This is crucial! Boiling water will scorch the leaves and create bitterness. If you don't have a thermometer, let boiling water sit for 2-3 minutes. Measure Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of Sencha leaves per 8 oz (1 cup) of water. Steep Briefly: Pour the hot water over the leaves and steep for only 60-90 seconds. Enjoy: Strain and enjoy immediately. The same leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Ready to Elevate Your Daily Ritual? Product Details: Origin: Kagoshima, Japan Ingredients: 100% Organic Japanese Green Tea (Sencha) Net Wt: 3 oz
