Featuring a loop design, these bands are also great for targeted rehab work, physical therapy, and mobility training. Red = Light resistance (15-30 lb. resistance) for stretching and bending. Black = Medium resistance (40-70 lb. resistance) for strength training and calisthenics. Purple = Strong resistance (60-100 lb. resistance) for strength training. Green = Ultra-resistance (70-120 lb. resistance) for intermediate or light-weight beginners. Made with durable and non-toxic latex, these bands are odorless, anti-slip, and wear-resistant, so your bands won’t lose elasticity over time!
