Scratch and Dent, Eccentric Hooks

* Scratch and Dent items are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.* * Scratch and Dent Deal - item may have cosmetic damage and/or missing hardware * Eliminate the need for a spotter and focus on the eccentric phase of your lifts with these Eccentric Hooks. Attach the hooks to the end of your barbell to front-load your first rep with extra weight on the -in.negative-in. portion of your lift, and let the hooks drop off, leaving you with just the weight on the bar for the remainder of your set. As you reach the bottom range of movement and the angled footplates touch the ground, the hooks will release from the barbell, enabling an explosive lift.
