This is the hottest of the bonnets we have found. It is definitely hot, but nothing like they claim elsewhere. They are however excellent eating and cooking peppers. The skin is thin and sweet and it is easy to extract the core for those who cannot take it in their food. We are working with some new seeds from Trinidad/Tobago that show promise for next year.
