Product Details Product Scorpion Chile Powder Form Ground powder Heat Extreme Heat Character Slow-building and long-lasting Available Sizes French Jar, 2 Ounce Resealable Bag, 4 Ounce Resealable Bag and 1 Pound Resealable Bag Extreme Heat for Serious Chile Recipes Scorpion Chile Powder is not intended to function like an everyday mild chile seasoning. Its defining characteristic is extreme heat that builds gradually and lasts. That makes careful portioning especially important when adding it to sauces, rubs, seasoning blends or other spicy preparations. Bulk Scorpion Chile Powder for BBQ & Foodservice The 1 pound resealable bag provides a bulk foodservice spice option for BBQ restaurants, food trucks, sauce makers, caterers, commercial kitchens and small BBQ vendors that regularly prepare intensely spicy recipes. It can also serve as a high-heat component when developing house rubs, hot sauces and custom seasoning blends. Because Scorpion Chile Powder is exceptionally hot, commercial kitchens should establish consistent measurements rather than seasoning freely from the bulk package. Who's This For? Experienced chile enthusiasts looking for extreme heat. Home cooks developing intensely spicy recipes. BBQ restaurants creating extra-hot sauces or rubs. Food trucks and small BBQ vendors offering high-heat menu items. Caterers and commercial kitchens that need bulk foodservice spices. Seasoning and sauce makers developing custom high-heat blends. Pro Tips Start with a very small quantity and increase only after evaluating the finished heat level. Measure carefully instead of adding directly from the container.
