Candied Pecan Crunch

Sweet crunch. Pecan richness. Schermer Pecans is rooted in more than a century of family pecan farming, with a fifth-generation growing legacy and orchards held by the family for over 115 years. Founded in 1946, the company still relies on hand-selected, fresh-shelled pecans and time-tested cooking methods, including circa-1940s copper cauldrons. These fresh-shelled pecans come in a range of sweet, dessert-leaning flavors like dark chocolate, pecan caramel, and cinnamon glazed, with the buttery depth and crisp bite that make pecans so satisfying in the first place. Offered in multiple sizes, they bring together old-school candy-making and the clean snap of a well-roasted nut, landing somewhere between snack bowl staple and the thing you quietly hope no one else notices.
