Saylor-Beall 92012-FP 120 Gallon Performance Package Air Compressor - Simplex

The Saylor Beall 92012 FP is a premium 20 HP, two-stage, horizontal 120-gallon air compressor built for demanding industrial operations, high-production manufacturing facilities, and large automotive service centers that require a continuous supply of compressed air. Producing an impressive 76.1 CFM at 175 PSI, this compressor easily powers multiple air tools, CNC machinery, paint systems, plasma cutters, and other high-volume pneumatic equipment. Equipped with Saylor Beall's heavy-duty 9000 compressor pump, the horizontal simplex design is available in 208V, 230V, or 460V three-phase configurations to meet the needs of virtually any commercial or industrial application. Engineered for maximum reliability, the 92012 FP features a redesigned crankcase breather that improves lubrication while reducing oil loss, low oil protection to help prevent pump damage, and an oversized quiet intake filter that minimizes operating noise. A high-efficiency air-cooled aftercooler lowers discharge temperatures and removes excess moisture, delivering cleaner, drier compressed air throughout your system. Additional premium features include a heavy-duty magnetic starter, reinforced vibration isolator pads, an automatic tank drain to reduce internal corrosion, and dual-control operation that allows the compressor to operate in either start/stop or continuous-run mode for improved efficiency and performance. Proudly Made in the USA, the Saylor Beall 92012 FP is built to deliver decades of dependable service in the most demanding shop and industrial environments. 92012 FP Compressor Specifications Horsepower: 20 HP Voltage Options: 208V/3-Phase 230V/3-Phase 460V/3-Phase Tanks Size: 120 Gallons CFM @ 175PSI: 76.1 Pump Style: 9000 Design: Horizontal; Simplex Dimensions: 79"L x 29"W x 56"T - 1404bs Saylor Beal 20HP Air Compressor Special Features:  Redesigned Crankcase Breather – Vents crankcase pressure while minimizing oil loss for improved lubrication and longer pump life.
