Sawgrass House Plan

Versatility, that is the action word for this Contemporary styled, narrow lot house plan. It is versatile in form and function. This is most evident by the addition of a side entrance with its own courtyard. This simple feature makes this plan ideal for multi-generational house holds. Continuing with that theme, the den /  media room can easily be turned into a third guest bedroom, which will give this home plenty of places to find privacy while incorporating an open floor plan. The great room, which is an ideal place for family and friends to gather, is flanked on the left by the large kitchen. Thanks to the large walk-in pantry, you’ll always have the supplies you need no matter the occasion. The wet bar is centrally located, ideal for family gatherings. But why be stuck inside when you have a large veranda to enjoy? This space is the perfect gateway to your swimming pool or backyard. And there is no need to head back inside when you get hungry. Just a few steps from the veranda is the Solana and its outdoor kitchen. You will find yourself using your built-in grill more often than the indoor kitchen. After all that time with family and friends, you’re going to need some place to relax and refresh. Your master suite has direct access to the backyard by the way of a sliding glass door. From there you can take a walk past your large His & Hers walk-in closets to your master bath. There you will have the option to take a long luxurious bath in your soaking tub, or a quick wash-up in your walk-in shower. The Sawgrass home is the ideal place for an expanding or extended family to call home. The versatility and livability designed into this home plan makes it perfect for today and tomorrow.
