Alaska Flour Co. Mixes

In 2011, through hard work, perseverance, and passion for nutritious, locally grown products paid off when the Alaska Flour Company was founded in Delta Junction, the only commercial flour mill in Alaska. (The next nearest mill is more than 1,500 miles away.) The mill produces a long line of barley products. 100% whole-grain, stone-ground barley products are high in fiber and low in fat, gluten, and cholesterol. Other products - from dark chocolate brownies to cinnamon chip pancakes - offer a delicious, one-of-a-kind experience.
