Savory Compound Butters (Kit)

Complete seasoning kit and recipe card! Compound butter refers to butter that has been mixed with other ingredients. Savory or sweet, it is often used to enhance the flavor of dishes. Whether slathering on fresh bread, topping meats, or tossing with warm pasta, the ways to use it are endless. The key to success is softened unsalted butter. Unsalted butter allows you to control how much salt is used through spice blends and seasonings, and the softer the butter is, the easier it will be to incorporate any add-ins.
