Saville House Plan

Feel the allure of the Victorian style in Saville's elegant fretwork, balustrades and in the sunburst-windowed gable. Repeating arches that line the front porch serve as a dramatic prelude to the arched window dormer and twin louvered dormers above. From its high-pitched roof lines down to each classic column lining its porch, the Saville floor plan radiates a comforting sense of home. The floor plan opens out to a massive back porch through three different sets of French doors. The kitchen affords easy access to the dining, nook and great room. The Saville kitchen has a large walk in pantry, and the counter space overlooks the breakfast nook and great room. The fireplace in the great room will warm the kitchen and breakfast nook. Here's a perfect country home that offers an ideal rocking-chair front porch and an easy-flow living area. Window dormers, classic columns, and a glowing front entry complement the Saville plan's high-pitched roof lines. A pass-through bar joins the open spaces of the great room to the bay window nook and kitchen that highlights a corner pantry. An extra-large garage includes a built-in workbench and easy access to an ample utility room. Designed with a growing family in mind, this Saville home plan features a large bonus room and bath above the garage. This is the perfect place for a private guest suite. French doors open the rooms on the first floor bordering the rear to a full rear porch. His-and-hers walk-in closets and a spacious master bath enhance the private master suite. A make-up area, double vanities, corner shower, linen niche and sun-drenched whirlpool soaking tub fill out the glorious master suite. On the opposite wing of the house are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large utility room completes the other side of the Saville plan. This floor plan has 1989 square feet of living area and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The plan sits on a crawlspace foundation.
