Colors:  Owl Aureate S101214-1001 DESCRIPTIONSaucony Progrid Guide 7 Owl Aureate S101214-1001 Combining 2000s running style with metallic finishes, the Saucony ProGrid Guide 7 Owl Aureate S101214-1001revisits a technical silhouette from Saucony's archives in a particularly luminous palette. Silver-gray mesh forms the base of the shoe, while cream, gold, and iridescent overlays highlight its multilayer construction. The Guide 7's design retains the characteristic proportions of early-2000s running shoes. Its breathable mesh upper is covered with numerous synthetic reinforcements that structure the sides, heel, and forefoot. The Saucony logo appears at the center of this construction with a light finish that complements the Owl and Aureate tones. This S101214-1001 stands out above all for its play of reflections. The different surfaces shift from gray to golden beige depending on the light, giving the silhouette added depth. The blue-violet keys visible around the heel provide an unexpected contrast and make this version immediately recognizable.   Underfoot, ProGrid technology directly recalls the model's performance origins. Developed around shock absorption and comfort, it now contributes to the character of this retro-running sneaker. The rubber outsole completes the design with a construction suited to everyday wear. The ProGrid Guide 7 Owl Aureate fits easily into a contemporary outfit. Its silver, cream, and gold tones work with light denim, gray trousers, beige, or ecru, while the colorful heel adds a more technical touch to a minimalist look. This combination of mesh, overlays, visible cushioning, and metallic finishes firmly places the Guide 7 within the return of Y2K running sneakers, while giving it a distinct identity from Saucony's more understated or monochrome versions.
