Satsuma Mandarin (Grafted)

Discover the joy of homegrown citrus with our Satsuma Mandarin Tree, expertly grafted onto the resilient Swingle rootstock. This combination ensures a robust, cold-hardy tree that thrives in a variety of soil conditions. Satsuma mandarins are prized for their sweet, juicy, and seedless fruit, perfect for fresh eating, juicing, or adding to recipes. The tree ripens early, typically ready for harvest from late fall to early winter, providing a delightful treat during the holiday season. With fragrant white blossoms in spring, the tree not only enhances your garden’s beauty but also attracts beneficial pollinators. The Swingle rootstock offers excellent cold tolerance and resistance to root rot, ensuring your tree remains healthy and productive. Its adaptability to a range of soil types, including those with higher pH and poorer drainage, makes it a versatile choice for diverse growing environments. Pot your Satsuma mandarin tree in a sunny spot with at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily, and maintain a regular watering schedule, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Fertilize during the growing season and prune as needed to maintain shape and promote air circulation. Enhance your garden with this delightful and resilient citrus tree, and enjoy the bounty of homegrown mandarins.
