Satin Shell Crab Earrings

Sterling silver crab earrings with satin shells on French ear wires. Our Satin Shell Crab Earrings combine high polished and brushed satin sterling silver for a sophisticated, modern feel. These super lightweight dangle earrings hang comfortably from French ear wires. These earrings are a very refined and polished way to wear a little bit of Chesapeake Bay heritage. Blue crabs are iconic to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Named for their blue claws, these creatures are vital to the bay ecosystem. A well-known symbol throughout the Chesapeake area, this creature is beautifully represented by our Satin Shell Crab Earrings.  Be sure to see our Satin Shell Crab Necklace to make a set! What is a satin finish? A satin finish is in between a brushed and a glossy finish. A brushed finish is more rustic looking and you will see and feel a textured finish. A glossy finish is very shiny and smooth. You will be able to see your reflection when looking directly at this finish. A satin finish, like glossy, is also smooth to the touch but it doesn't have the high shine, rather has a matte finish.
