Satellite Mid-Century Modern Wall Clock - Walnut

The Satellite Mid-Century Modern Wall Clock - Walnut directly references clocks from the mid-century modern design period (approx. 1940s-1960s). The "spoke" element of the clock with radiating lines is a common motif of the period, and is often referred to as a starburst pattern. This clock features a striking glass-covered face with spokes radiating from its center, and bold hands further enhancing its geometric design. The Satellite Clock is a nostalgic, quirky and fun addition to any room, and designed to be both a functional timepiece and a decorative design element. This modern interpretation of a classic design incorporates the elements like the starburst shape details that were popular in the original mid-century clocks such as the famous George Nelson Starburst Clock. Minor assembly required. Dimensions: Total diameter: 23”. Dial diameter: 6.5”. Silent Quartz movement, powered by one “AA” battery (not included).
