In this blend: Mountain of Fire Garnet Crystal "The Brandberg Mountain Range in Namibia is called the Mountain of Fire because when the moonlight hits it at night, the mountain literally glows. Why? Because of all of the minerals in this mountain! It’s one of the most mysterious places in the world. Minerals grow in combinations and formations that don’t appear anywhere else on Earth. Garnet is exceptional for women’s health, integrating trauma, joy, rebuilding after illness, courage, resilience and strength." - Sarah Thomas   Full Ingredients:  Wild sassafras roots harvested by hand (by cocreator John B.
