Sanrok 3-Piece Chef Set w/ Block

This is our flagship chef knife set. Designed with an inverted heel, these pieces of culinary art more closely connect the creator to the creation process by positioning the chef’s hand closer to the job at hand. The inverted heel also acts as a safety guard, better protecting the cutting hand from slipping into the blade edge. A true example of form meeting function. Each set comes with a black walnut magnetic standup block! All knives come with a handmade leather sheath, wrapped in Burlap, and backed by a lifetime guarantee. Return Policy 30-day money-back guarantee. Outside of the 30 day period, the knife will be covered by the lifetime warranty. Delivery Policy Knives will be shipped out of our shop within 14 days (1-3 days estimated) Knife Care Always Hand Wash! Dishwasher detergent is very abrasive and will dull away the micro burrs that form the edge of the knife. Dry the knife with a paper towel. Although 440c has a very high chromium content of 17%, moisture left on the blade can form rust. Use a honing rod Using a honing rod before and after the knife is used realigns the micro burrs of the knife edge. A few swipes will go a long way!
