The varieties are harvested and vinified separately, with spontaneous fermentation, 19 to 24 days of maceration, and 14 to 18 months of aging in used French oak before blending and bottling unfiltered. The result is a balanced red that combines vibrant fruit, spice, and freshness with the character of Lipoglav's steep hillside vineyards.
