GOAT Balm with Comfrey

Comfrey salve is wonderful for minor surface wounds such as cuts, scrapes, bites, stings, or abrasions. It also helps to heal sunburn. This salve uses both comfrey root and comfrey leaf which are often used to heal inflammation. Comfrey contains allantoin, which has been scientifically shown to "aid granulation and cell formation" which is essential to the healing process. This salve does not have any essential oils or other scent added to it, but has a strong, earthy scent from the comfrey. Comfrey Salve Directions Clean area with goat milk soap and water and then rub the salve into skin. Because comfrey can cause rapid external healing, it is best to not use it on any deep or puncture type wounds.
