Salted Pollock

Origin: CHINA Bacalao style – Skinless, boneless Introducing our Salted Pollock, a high-quality, traditionally cured fish prized for its firm texture and deep, savory flavor. Carefully salted to preserve freshness and enhance its natural taste, this versatile ingredient is perfect for soups, stews, casseroles, and classic bacalao-style dishes. Whether soaked and rehydrated for cooking or used to add richness to seafood recipes, our Salted Pollock delivers an authentic, time-honored flavor that elevates any meal. Before cooking your favorite salted fish recipe, you must desalt the fillets by soaking them in water for 6-8 hours, changing water at least three times during that period. For lower salt content, change water more often. This product must be kept refrigerated. If frozen, do not refreeze after thawing.
