Salted Caramel Heart

Vermont-Butter and Cream caramel, cracked sea salt. Creamy salty sweet perfection, in a dark chocolate couverture heart shape.  The unique texture and flavors of our salted caramel is the combination of ingredients and patience. We are using exclusively Walden’s grass fed cream butter for our caramel.  It is done from scratch (no simple sirup) in small batches, slowly to avoid any burned sugar taste. Tasting note: after enjoying the light gold soft texture of the caramel, you will notice that the salt comes later, finishing with the crystals balancing the taste of the ddark chocolate. Because of its qualities, the chocolate doesn’t stick to the palate. We prefer that clean salty finish.   Ordering: To order, please first follow this link here  to select a box size.  If you want to customize your box with your favorite flavors, we invite you to let us know in the "Comment" section before check out.   This is also possible to customize our chocolate Bonbonnieres: the BE Sweet, BE Nice, BE Magic or  the High Heel Shoe.
