Sea Salt Extra Coarse

Extra Coarse Sea Salt Big crystals, classic salt flavor. Our Extra Coarse Sea Salt is a versatile choice for brines, salt-roasting, and compatible salt grinders. Grind it fresh over meats, vegetables, and salads, or dissolve it thoroughly into cooking liquids. The larger crystals take longer to dissolve, making this a salt to grind, crush, or add early during cooking. Garlic Butter Mushrooms 1 pound mushrooms, halved or quartered 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 garlic cloves, minced ½ teaspoon extra coarse sea salt, measured after grinding 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and cook for another minute. Toss with salt and parsley. Tomato & Basil Salad 1 pound ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar ¼ teaspoon extra coarse sea salt, measured after grinding 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil Black pepper to taste Gently toss everything together. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving to allow the salt to dissolve into the tomato juices.
