Salmon Roe

Wild, Alaska Our salmon roe has a large pearl and a full, rich flavor. Its bright, oceanic pop makes salmon roe the perfect accent to some of your favorite foods — think bagel and lox or seafood pasta. The unique texture also makes it a popular choice as a fun and nutritious snack for kids; just ask our owner’s toddler! Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for 4 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
