A Belgian farmhouse-style ale. This classic saison drinks beautifully as is, with subtle malt nuances, wheat malt for head retention and rounded mouthfeel, and enhanced alcohol and drinkability derived from authentic Belgian beet candi sugar. Feel free to add your own creative twist with the use of coriander, citrus zest, fruit juice, or even hibiscus leaves. Liquid yeast includes a complimentary ice pack. Dry yeast does not require an ice pack.
