Suggested Serves "Ti Punch": A traditional Caribbean sipper where the raw flavor of the Rhum takes center stage. Lime and cane syrup balance out this rum's natural power. "Planter's Punch": The depth of Saint Rhum lends itself beautifully to this tropical cocktail, enhancing the punch's brightness with the Rhum's earthy undertones. "Agricole Collins": A twist on the classic Tom Collins, the use of Rhum Agricole instead of Gin gives this cocktail a rich, sugarcane-dominated flavor. Production Notes All Saint Rhum begins as freshly harvested sugarcane, which is then squeezed to get fresh juice. The juice is then fermented for up to a week to create a sugarcane wine. This wine is carefully distilled through one pass in a single column alembic still. After distillation, the Rhum is stored in oak barrels to mature, drawing flavors from the wood to add complexity to the final product. The result of this careful and traditional process is a bottle of Saint Rhum Small Batch Rhum Agricole - a jewel among rums. 700ml & 94 Proof
