Saint-Germain House Plan

The Saint-Germain home plan is a stunning European French style home. This spacious floor plan has 4167 square feet of living area, with five bedrooms and five and 1/2 bathrooms. As steeped in artistry on the outside as it is state-of-the-art within, this dreamy villa blends bark-hued shingles with yellow brick and cream-white stucco. Mixing forms such as flared eaves, slump arches and a semi-hexagonal turret make this home one to be desired. Sculpted outdoor places lend definition and dignity to the elevation, reiterating a highly crafted interior. A convenient elevator complements the high glam staircase, which winds upward from the grand foyer. The Saint-Germain has a slab/stem wall foundation. At the heart of the Saint-Germain, flexible public spaces take on an elegant informality for planned events, yet offer a bare-feet-only comfort zone for family members and friends. As you enter the grand foyer you enter the formal living/dining room that features a two-sided fireplace and is open to the upper level. Nearby, the library/study employs a stepped ceiling and built-in shelves to provide texture and definition relieved by double doors that open to the veranda. The leisure room with its stepped ceiling and built-in entertainment center is a great place for family and friends to relax. The kitchen with its center island and walk-in pantry and breakfast nook open to the leisure room. One of the great features of the Saint-Germain is the cabana/guest suite that opens to the veranda and is a great place for family and friends who come to visit. Upstairs, the Saint-Germain features a wraparound loft that overlooks the living space and links generous secondary suites to the owners' retreat. The master retreat with its master foyer features a huge walk-in closet, double vanity, Whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and make-up area. Suite one with its tray ceiling features a morning kitchen, walk-in closet with walk-in shower and double vanity. Suite two and three have their own bath and walk-in closet.
