It widens his powers, helps concentrate on essential matters, and guides to higher levels of understanding. Amethyst encourages Sagittarius to trust their instincts. When they have been knocked down and begin to doubt their core values, amethyst may provide the spiritual power to recognize life’s meaningfulness and higher purpose. Quartz crystal is the ideal meditation stone and is used in this mala as the guru/end bead above the tassel. Quartz crystal has an “enlightening” and relaxing effect on all the chakras. Rosewood is often associated with promoting emotional balance, compassion, and a sense of calm, making it a popular choice for those seeking to support mindfulness and well-being practices. Not a Sagittarius? Amethyst is beneficial to the mind, calming, or stimulating as appropriate.  Sodalite stimulates the release of old mental conditioning and rigid mind-sets, creating space for new insights.
