SAGE SMUDGE STICK

Product Description: The GlowAmaze SAGE SMUDGE STICK is approximately 4" inches long, has an earthy natural aroma and can be used for your purification, cleansing, protection, to boost concentration, memory and for your mental clarity ✨. All of our sage sticks are grown organically in California with no pesticides, dried naturally, hand tied with love in 100% cotton twines. How to use instructions: 🔥 Light the top of the sage bundle, holding on to the stem side at a 45-degree angle. Allow a small flame to catch for about 20 seconds. 🔥 Sweep hand in front of the bundle to extinguish any flame and allow it to begin smoking. As it smokes, use intention to cleanse the space of negativity or unwanted energy.  🔥 Make sure your smudge stick is completely extinguished by dabbing the lit end into a small bowl of ash or sand. Check the end closely to make sure there are no more embers burning. 🔥 Once it’s completely put out, store it in a safe, dry place out of the sun. Never leave burning sage unattended. Make sure to put your sage bundle out completely after every use. Benefits of Burning Sage: White sage, or Salvia apiana, from the coastal mountains of North America is a broad leaf sage which is prized for its strong medicinal and aromatic properties. Sage has been used by many cultures for thousands of years for cleansing, and purification of both individuals and spaces through ritual burning. ***All healing information provided here is for spiritual guidance only and is not intended to be a substitute for conventional medicine***   Why buy from GlowAmaze?
