Sage SHIFT Spool

Spare SPOOL for the Sage SHIFT Fly Reel. From delicate trout streams to rugged mangrove flats, the SHIFT series is engineered for every corner of the fly fishing world. It features Sage’s proprietary SCS Drag, now upgraded with an innovative redundant seal system to lock out grit and salt. The signature numbered One Revolution Drag Knob ensures your settings are precise, repeatable, and easy to adjust on the fly. Simply find your setting, SHIFT into gear, and let the reel do the rest.  Drawing inspiration from the proven SPECTRUM series, the SHIFT is precision-machined from 6061 aluminum to offer a perfect balance of a narrow spool and a large arbor. This combination ensures effortless line stacking and blistering retrieval speeds. Its unique concave spool design not only boosts line capacity but also enhances drag smoothness, delivering high-end technical performance in a remarkably lightweight package.
