This coffee is a delicious blend of Honduran and Sumatran coffees. The resulting cup is full bodied, rich and syrupy with earthy notes of sage and cedar complemented by notes of baking spice, caramel and roasted nuts. We roast and blend the Sage Hills Blend to be complex and approachable, appealing to a broad range of palates, making it consistently one of the customer favorites in our downtown shop. NOTE: Our coffee is shipped out within 2 days of roast date, and shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
