Saffron Sugar by Michael Malul

PREFACE: The Feeling: The sky glows in a dreamy palette of purple and pink as the sun dips below the horizon. You step out the door, the graceful rhythm of your heeled boots echoing with each stride down the pavement. There’s a gentle anticipation in the air as you make your way to a friend’s house for a dinner party—elegant yet effortless. The night holds the promise of something special, something unforgettable. The Fragrance: Bright, sparkling top notes of lemon zest, bergamot, pink peppercorn, and pear settle into floral mid notes of jasmine flowers, saffron, raspberry, and red rose. Notes of sandalwood, oakmoss, patchouli, musk, amber, and caramel create a warm base.
