Safety Kettle Blue (Low Temp.)

About:  As close to cordless as we can get, plug the kettle in for 30-45 minutes, remove the quick disconnect cord and it can be used for 15 minutes without being returned to power. The patented Safety Kettle is a safe, portable applicator for the delivery of high output hot melt adhesive used in the forming stage of the precast concrete industry. With built-in safety features, the easy-to-use Kettle takes 43mm (1 3/4") slugs or bulk pillows. The Safety Kettle Blue operates at a lower temperature than the standard version to protect EPS foam from damage. Two Versions: Standard 380°F (see Safety Kettle Black) & Low Melt (300°F). Features: • High output kettle allows the glue to be used on larger forming elements like bulk heads, side rails and large hole formers • Insulated shell for safety • Long stable handle gives operator full control of the kettle • Safety shut down feature • Self-contained heating system eliminates the need for external hot plates • Product patented in the USA
